Product Information

This package from Aspyr includes the action-RPG sequel Gothic II and its expansion pack, Night of the Raven. A civil war rages between the ex-convicts, the militia, and the evil orcs rages in the land of Khorinis. Three different guild factions exist -- the paladins, the mages, and the dragon slayers -- and players must choose only one. The economy in Gothic II is depressed and, with merchants demanding outrageous prices for weapons, players may choose to forge their own blades and save money. Much like Gothic, the NPCs in Gothic II remember how players behave and react accordingly. Players experience a world where every decision has consequences.

    Awesome rpg game

    I have windows 7 so was expecting to have problems installing Gothic II Gold. I have another computer (older) with windows XP with Gothic and Gothic II installed. These games would not install on my Windows 7. This game arrived (only 1 disc instead of the older version with 3 discs) and I installed it on my Dell laptop windows 7 ultimate. It installed without a hitch and plays well on NVIDIA. ONLY PROBLEM: I doesn't start up unless laptop has internet access ( I have hotspot on my phone). Once game starts, I can disconnect internet access and play. I love this game, I play it for hours. It is more challenging than regular Gothic II. I have found no glitches. The price I paid is great value. I highly recommend this product.
