Great flavor and seems to do the job. Gives energy and I have been steadily (couple lbs per week) losing weight. I personally like this better than C4 ripped because it doesn't make my skin tingle when I break a sweat. My only dislike is Longevity. I typically work out for 1.5 hrs. 30 min cardio and the rest is strength training. Seems about half way through my energy levels drop. Not a complete crash but lower than peak and have to push a little harder which I guess isn't necessarily a bad thing. I will by again and would recommend for weight loss.
