    Motorola L603M Wireless handsets

    I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for 1 reason: When you miss a call you need to read the LCD display to find out; other brands have a light flashing on each set which alerts you when entering your home. Once you read the display you can get the phone number of the missed call and find out if a message has been left on your voicemail. The LCD is easy to read, the letters and digits being unusually big. But as the handsets lay fairly flat in their cradle, you really need to pick up the handset to read the display or stand above it. Otherwise this unit has many features you need to discover by reading the user's manual (written in very small type). Each handset displays its own number, the base one being the # 1 and the others are # 2, # 3, ...so it's easy to transfer a call to a specific handset ...

    Third Rate Phone

    I purchased these phones, at what seemed an excellent price, and found nothing to like about them. No reflection on the seller. I retired them within a week and purchased a 4 handset package by Panasonic that was vastly superior. I won't be even looking at Motorola phones next time around. They frequently lost connection with the base station, had an inadequate directory which is not shared between handsets, poor sound quality on the speaker phone, were too small to be comfortable to handle, etc. I do not recommend this phone system. I you want mine, I'll make you a heck of a deal!! Again this no reflection on the seller.....just the product.

    Even though no one has a landline anymore...i paid for magic jack for year. What i wanted was a cheap 3 handset home phone. This was a perfect fit. Cheap and worked good. instructions included are like any techno babble junk. TMI in too complicated instructions...overall...I got a good system for a lot less. Happy Camper

    Nice units for the price

    We had similar phones for years and they worked great. About the time the batteries needed changing the key pads were also wearing out, so we bought another set on-line and are very happy with them. The only feature I wish they had, is a quick way to copy the phone book from the main unit to the other two phones. Currently you have to repeat the programming operation of your phone directory in each unit separately.

    Great Phones, Great Price... Usually

    I bought this phone 3 years ago. The batteries still hold charge, the buttons have not worn off and there are plenty of features to make it your own. The on board phone book works well. The only downside is you have to input each number in each phone. The caller ID works but does not pull the numbers from the phone book so sometimes you might miss a call from someone you know if your screening. Other than that... Great build quality. Long Lasting and works great with Magic Jack. I loved them so much I purchased a set for my Dad's house after he dropped his last phone in the sink with the dishes. Good phones... silly fathers.
