    New as described. Arrived today and I installed it already. I'm very happy with this product. Cheaper on eBay. Shipping time stated 1/29 to 2/3. I was hoping for 1/29 or 1/30 from Oregon, it should have been 3 days. I was counting on that. This is why i didn't buy it from Amazon. I expected it to ship on 1/27. Shipping nbr assigned 1/27 but It didn't actually get picked up until 1/28. It arrived 1/31 (today, 3 days) still inside the shipping window promised so I can't complain.
