The box had tape over the original tape, it wasn’t in a sealed bag and half of the puzzle was built in the box. Secondly, she listed the wrong name of the puzzle on the listing so I ended up buying a puzzle I already ordered (the same day) from masterpieces. Didn’t have other puzzle in hand to compare pictures. Contacted seller and she was rude and unwilling to help.Follow-up from: s***l- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.UPDATE: I am updating my review because seller threatened legal action against me if I didn’t remove it but reviews cannot be removed. I take responsibility for not checking the pictures on the puzzles but the puzzle was listed as new and it was used & half built in the box. Hopefully this stops the threats.
