      The item was described as "Tested w New Batt". I thought that this meant that it worked and that it came with a battery. It did not come with a battery and when I put one in it didn't work. I contacted the seller. They said they would issue a refund if I paid to ship it back. I don't want to spend the money to ship it back. I assume the seller will just list it again and is make money from overcharging on shipping. This just was not a good experience and not what I expected.
