    Great product overall but could use some improvements

    The stretches shown are exceptional. I only wish the cards were larger maybe 4x6 & also in color. It would be a great help for those of us who have vision challenges.

    Paul uses FitDeck Stretch...

    Nice little pack of cards with pictures of exercises for me to do. They come in a plastic case and we pick out four cards. I go thru them four times each and have me a good stretch. Just have to watch not to over stretch me, so that I can then move on to my main workout. Have fun and challendge one's friends to workout too. Stretching helps to be more flexable. Just like to see more exercises in the deck. Paul
