    I received a package not sealed and no item in it. The seller is not working with me at all. She feels I'm scamming her which I'm not. I took pictures of the package and it wasn't even big enough to hold the item I purchased.

    I have sent the same product out in the same packaging multiple time with NO problem. I asked her to file with the USPS since someone obviously opened the package. She refused to do so. The fact the she states the item wouldn't fit in the packaging is totally false. It is how I ship all my coffee containers. Something is not right here. Why would you refuse to file a claim when you have up to $100 ins. on the item shipped. I sent her all the information on how to do it and she refused.
