I spoke with a person named Khodam (other reviews had mentioned Mohammed, I believe) and I had doubts about buying a tree all the way from Indonesia. The customer service was great, responsive and they showed me many options for available trees. And mine arrived quickly. But, there was damage. A couple branches were nearly broken off, from impact damage. Just Improve the packaging and I will buy again. I live in the UK and was definitely nervous buying a bonsai from Indonesia. Khodam supplied the exact tree I wanted and sent me with specific photos when I requested them. He took care of all the paperwork, packaged it so it wouldn't get damaged and it arrived just 3 days after it was shipped. The tree is beautiful and seems to have no issues from being in transit.
