      Been There, Done That and Keep going Back!

      I've been using Metamucil for years! And I can tell you from the experience, it is the best fiber supplement. We often don't get enough in our diets alone, and may need some help. If you are loose, or too tight, it helps with regularity and consistency. It's a psyllium fiber, not just an additive that can only be used for a short period of time. This can be used daily to help with regularity. I prefer to drink it mixed with flavored, unsweetened sodas or waters. Adds a different twist on the flavor.

      The taste is pretty tolorable,works pretty good if you be sure to drink plenty of water. Some people don't love water but you want a good bowl movement so you have to chug it down. It's good .
