I would suggest buying the original replacement if possible. With that said I am not sure if that would cure the smell problem.
This item is universal it can be adjusted with added item to fit the cooler. The main problem is the product smells when water is added, it smells like vinyl and the smell is very strong' It is the glue that is used during mfg. that makes the smell. I removed the pads from unit and I have been washing these pad for over a week to try and ride the smell and have had some success, I don't feel anyone should have to do this.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
