Great Floor Nailer
I've only used the L cleats, 2" driven through walnut floor and plywood subfloor. 1 jam in 1900 nails so far, That happened on he end of stick where I ran it out of nails. That is an operator error but was easy to clear. No damage to the driving blade. Very easy to drive the 2" cleats with a light to medium hit with the hammer. The hammer has a white rubber cover which I've found to be non-marring for slight board adjustments before nailing. Compressor is set to 95psi for driving. There are 2 non-marring plates to set the cleat entry for driving 1/2" or 3/4" flooring. Easy to change out. The tab on the cleat spring provides a gauge so you can see when its getting low on nails. Probably holds about 70 of these L cleats with 50 per "stick". The "stand up" handle bolts on a lower handle for stand up use. My unit came in a cardboard box, no blow molded case for storage which is OK for me. I didn't want to pay for a case. When I'm done, it will go back in the box until the next job. One note - Everyone IS wearing ear muffs or ear plugs because the sound is very loud when driving the cleats. Much louder than my old manual floor nailer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Excellent re-sale product. Worked perfect minus 1-easy-to-repair jam. Just finished a room of hardwood flooring (bamboo). Floor nailer was a welcome tool compared to what I dod 20 years ago installing oak hardwood by hand with cut nails! Product was delivered on time and in excellent condition. Pay attention.
Tis tool works as it should. Due to the size ya cant start using the machine until the 3rd or 4th row. It's a big nailer and can't get within 5 rows of finishing the flooring. It got jammed once in a rack of nails but was easy to un-jamm with the allen wrenches provided.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
