Seller was VERY UNDERSTANDING and refunded the purchase price. I think FEDEX did not give the package proper care. I say that because, despite that, every shrimp was alive. I didn’t count them, but there were at least 12 in there with a good mix of with males and females, some already berried. They were packaged securely and in a tightly sealed bag that retained oxygen through transport. Everyone seems to be acclimating nicely, although it’s only been a few hours.
