No more "clicking" knees
I have been taking two pills a day for about 10 days and I noticed after about a week my knees stopped making "clicking" noises. Although I still have some knee and hip pain, it seems to have lessened noticeably. I haven't had to wear knee sleeves/braces as often like I used too. Great for arthritis in the fingers and arms. It is a dependent supplement though.
My dad uses this every day. He says it helps him with his arthritis a lot especially in the fingers. He said the pain went away when he took this. He claims that when he stops, the pain comes back. He says it's no big deal because he is getting older, and these supplements are necessary anyways (like daily vitamins). This helps him with his pain by a lot, and he does not complain anymore.
