He posted he would ship by Priority Mail, but he shipped First Class! 3. I sent 3 messages to him and he didn't bother to respond to any of those! 4. I had to contact ebay for refund! 5. To my surprise, the item got shipped after I got the refund, but they shipped wrong item!
