    I bought a new element for a Whirlpool electric range, it arrived well ahead of schedule in the original package from the manufacturer at a very good price, it was installed on the arrival day and found to be defective, the seller replaced it very promptly and the second one was found to have the same defect, the seller issued a refund right away. My point is this seller went above and beyond expectations and I would do business with this seller again--not the sellers fault.
