JA Henkel Twin Signature Knife Block Set
I wanted wood handles, not composite, until these showed up and the composite feels like wood and you can get these wet without worry of the handles looking like garbage after a few months. I wanted another set that cost about 4 times as much, but was too cheap to pull the trigger on that other set, although these look just as good if not better. The acid test of course is if they are quality and yes they are and if they cut. Let me tell you these knives are sharp and cut like crazy. If you are used to dull knives like we were most of our married lives, you might want to go through a knife safety course because this puppies cut...everything, which of course is what they are made for. Never had a complete knife block set like this, that was this nice and when my wife got them for Christmas, she was like "Oh thanks...yawn." She has since changed her tune and said how nice they are how well they work. If you are looking for a good set of knifes about 1/4 of the cost of the really expensive sets.
