Everything was great but the battery for the remote
This was a great value and the only reason I am knocking if 1 star is that the battery from the remote was in the package and leaked. The battery was bad and I needed to go out and purchase a battery to complete my project. Nothing was damaged from the battery and everything work well

Like it but does NOT dim
I purchased the remote specifically because of the dimmer feature as advertised but the dimmer feature does not work with the CFL (ceiling fan light) which is the whole purpose of needing it?? You don't find this out until you read the fine print on the installation instructions. I DO like the size of the remote and the other features are fine. Price is a great value.
