    I contact the seller and they admitted to never having shipped the bag even after a tracking number was given because they printed the label. I made it very clear, I needed it by a specific day (there were still days left). They never tried to expedite it to me or anything. BUT they offered me a 20% discount, then they change that to 15% after they refunded me. Don't offer me 20% off without even trying to get me the bag on time, and then reduce that after you screwed up 🤷‍♂️
