    The Seller was NOT the problem, the Post Office was the problem. Seller sent an item one month ago, on April 11th. Today is May 10th and still no item and now it can NOT be found. Finally the Seller had to file a 'missing item' with the PO and so far not a word back from the post office. So as of now, Seller has refunded my money and shipping costs. So sad as it was an item not able to be replaced..! Seller did a good job of staying in touch. Appreciate it. Hence, Positive Report.
