The seller spoke with me and was actually kind enough to speak back and forth about the fish and has become a distant friend to me from all this. They were insulated very good & packed really well. They even had cold pack with them. I had concerns with the care of my crayfish. The seller & I communicated back and forth for days. He always responded to any questions that I had & explained everything I wanted to know. He even offered suggestions. I would definitely highly recommend this seller.
