      This was my first sale on eBay, and I did everything I could to resolve the situation, including issuing a FULL REFUND. Despite this, I have yet to receive the lens back, even though I requested its return. The damage occurred during shipping, and eBay is still looking into the matter. I always strive to be fair in my transactions, but unfortunately, this experience didn’t go as expected.
