    The item I bought was not the item I got. This was obvious fraud. I'm not going to waste my time contacting the seller. The first 3 pictures of the Zebco 33 rhino that I offered to buy had distinct lettering and decals. The next 3 pictures didn't have anything to compare. The title stated "Work great". The item I received had a reel with worn off and mostly unreadable lettering and decals. The crank handle was frozen and would not turn either direction. The reel would be considered "junk".

    I messaged the buyer, the reel worked exactly how it should when it was shipped, we sold over 1000 zebco reels in the last year or so, we test all prior to shipping apparently they do not understand that when you have a multiple quantity listing on ebay not every item is going to be"exactly" the same. We have a return policy and the buyer refused to contact us, what a shame this could certainly be handled in a much better way, we pride ourselves on customer service!
