    I am 60 with a Severe back injury I suffer from chronic pain from top to bottom This black see oil really works I don't know what it does but my Inflammation goes down I take two Teaspoons in the morning and two at night In the morning I get up with no pain Thanks God this black see oil is working for me I highly recommend this product Was very skeptical because of my condition after my surgery I started to take this product around 4 months ago and I see a big difference even my doctor said wow So if you have pain like me I Recommend this product thank you so much for making me feel better And I hope This works for all of you out there

    My method of taking black seed oil --------- works great !!

    As advertised the taste is just AWFUL, plus it burns your throat; however, by simply taking something cold to drink just BEFORE and immediately AFTER you swallow makes all the difference in the world and makes this process very acceptable. I'm supposed to take 3 teaspoons per day for my situation; but, instead I take 1-1/2 teaspoons twice a day, once in the morning and just before going to bed. Now is it helping my condition? ----- too early to tell !

    Even though, the taste isn’t at all great, my hubby & I love some of the benefits of this product. After taking it for some time, some of the pain in our joints we were experiencing have gradually decreased tremendously. In addition, we feel more energized and less tired & stressful throughout the day.
