This inkjet printer helps boost productivity with its automatic two-sided printing. Together with the ISO print speeds that produce 20 ppm for black prints and 16 ppm for color prints, you are also able to print in grayscale and manually print double-sided documents by printing odd and even pages. The built-in wired Ethernet 10/100Base-TX (RJ45) and wireless 802.11n networking makes it easier for you to print your documents wherever you are and while on the go. The HP Officejet Pro 8100 has the ability to be used online and offline and may be used with Hi-Speed 2.0 USB to connect directly to your computer. Print directly from any of your Apple products with AirPrint technology. As long as you are connected to the same wireless network as the printer, print directly from your iPhone, iPad, and Mac computer without the need to download and set up printer drivers. Similarly, HP’s ePrint feature allows you to print your documents from the cloud. It is a convenient and hassle-free service that is provided by HP for free. Sign up for an account to view your printout’s status, manage your printer queue, and control who has access to your ePrint account. The printer features a 250-paper tray with an option to add a second tray that accommodates an additional 250 sheets of paper. Create brochures and flyers with borderless prints of up to 8.5 x 11 inches or the size of an American A4 paper. Different types of media are used for any application such as plain paper, matte and glossy photo paper, and cardstock. Custom-sized papers and envelopes are used with no problem. Photo prints are good quality at a maximum of 4800x1200 dpi, and are comparable to professionally printed photos. The HP Officejet Pro 8100 was designed with accessibility in mind; making it easier for people with low to no vision to use the printer. This is achieved by technologies available in the HP software that supports screen readers, braille readers, and other assistive technology. Users with limited mobility can operate the printer using keyboard commands and other Windows accessibility options such as StickyKeys and FilterKeys. Increase your bottom line with resource-saving features such as the Sleep Mode. It helps reduce your power usage by putting your printer on Sleep Mode after five minutes of inactivity. The e-Printer can also be set so that it automatically shuts off after eight hours of inactivity. Printing on Draft Setting uses less ink than the regular print mode and printing on both sides of the paper using the duplexer reduces paper wastage.     Best Printer I've ever used!

    Excellent product to replace another of the same make and model which lasted 6 years. Finally played out on me and luck fell into my lap in finding this brand new one. The print quality is great. Speedy printing, even when printing 2-sided. I've use a number of printers before, but never had one that has the qualities this one has.

    Very pleased

    I had an 8100 that broke. Bought this so I could use $300 worth of cartridges. It’s my everyday printer so I’m not using my laser everyday. Thanks to buyer for including cartridges. The black one was new so that was at least $40 and you can’t buy an 8100 anymore
