Tightly packaged with layers of bubble wrap. Cosmetically identical to the photos. Grease dried up, very very stiff focus ring, but I could scrap off old grease and clean up. Typical condition of many Soviet era lens unless they underwent CLA. After relubing, it became very smooth and works perfectly. Wonderful seller. Great experience!
