Inflamation dramatically lessened
Within 4 days of starting I was able to lift my arm with almost no pain. Month latet I can lift my arm over my head with no pain. If I miss a day then ut slowly returns so I know it will take a few months of rest and slow movement to heal. I am glad not to have to take numbing pain pills.
