Then they expect me to resolve the issue with UPS.Reply from: tech-parts-master- Feedback replied by seller tech-parts-master.- Feedback replied by seller tech-parts-master.First of all, the declared value is correct which is shown on commercial invoice. We called ups and their CS mentioned the declared value is C$420 which is the same. They told us the duty fee is US$292.6 almost the declared value. They told us we can pay first and ask for refund through email if miscalculated.Buyer is responsible for the customs fee and we are not benefit from it. This is not our fault that UPS charged and ignored your email. It seems we shouldn't get involved at the beginning.

Condition is great and amazing packaging way more than i expected.. Value is great because its at a very good price.. CPU looks good though I will test later..
