    Our order was shipped quickly, but was held up by Customs in NY for OVER a MONTH! But the seller responded promptly to each of my messages, and diligently followed up, providing updates (to the extent that they could), and then after a month went by, offered and sent a replacement. All told, it was 1-1/2 months from when we ordered to when we received it, but it was not the seller's fault. Other than the shipping delay, it was a great transaction and I would highly recommend this seller.
