I’m not sure how long it’ll last, but it held up well for the 18 birds we slaughtered. Feathers do tend to get stuck underneath the spinning plate and build up there. We needed to manually clean it out every 5-7 birds. For the price though, I think it was worth the time saved not having to hand pluck, and much cheaper than other pluckers.

Package was very damaged but the packing material protected the assembly so part itself was ok. The day after I ordered this part, I ordered a part that came from mainland China. That part made it to Minnesota 1.5 days before this part with was shipped from Florida. Again, the sellers were great, even proactive.
