Item arrived without any packaging, just a sticker slapped onto it. It had some damage and did not look new as described. I contacted the seller and got a prompt response offering a partial refund, which I agreed to, but then the refund "somehow" didn't go through. I was expecting a scam and needing to contact ebay, but when I followed up a couple days later as the seller instructed, the partial refund was issued.
