    PERFORMANCE TOOL 1/4" BEAM STYLE TORQUE WRENCH

    I purchased this torque wrench to set the Pinion bearing preload on my truck. It worked great for this job, so now that I have it I can use it to set lower Inch pound torque specifications that my Click style torque wrench isn't too good for.

    Good for intended use

    Good quality for the price. I have several much more expensive click-type inch pound torque wrenches that are excellent for torquing fasteners accurately, but you'll need a beam type like this to read torque in a rotating assembly. I use it for checking drag when setting pinion bearing preload and and other low-torque applications.
