    Not useful as remote home monitor

    With all the good hardware it has the software is awful . There is no way to remotely know if it is working . There are alerts available ( out of range )by smartphone but no actual temperature readings available unless you are in the same wifi network as the device . And range settings can only be changed via the local wifi network , not remotely . All this means you need to be in the same house as the device for full usability . The only way I found to monitor temperature and have alerts is to buy a wifi thermostat and just use it as a monitor . That software could have been incorporated into this device .

    Works good most of the time.

    They work good, but occasionally drop out of HomeKit. When this happens, you have to open the onelink app and click on each one to reactivate. Not difficult, but annoying. Also, you cannot adjust your desired temp range with the app. It immediately reverts back to factory default, resulting in repeated notifications that my room is out of my desired temperature range. Hopefully the next app update fixes this. Otherwise, they perform as advertised.
