    Nothing easy about the installation, the front cargo rack and center panel of the front end have to be removed to get to the wiring and to pull the switch out of the console. On a brighter note, this switch came with the correct connector. When I was shopping for this I came across two different connectors that both said they fit the Yamaha Kodiak 400. I chose wisely.
