    Another proficient and smart Ian Anderson album

    This is issued under the 'Jethro Tull' name but it's essentially Ian Anderson & musicians like the last two JT albums. TBH I'm one of the ew preferring Zealot Gene to the next two in terms of melody and entertainment value, though Curious Ruminant is a decent progressive rock album, with interesting lyrics and song construction. Once you're used to Ian's more spoken vocal style it's worth a listen. The packaging of this digipack is dark (brown) and sombre, with a nice colour booklet telling you more about the tracks. Though I prefer the old plastic cases for durability this card one is sturdy enough to last a while. Obviously not up to the standards of 70s and some 80s Tull, but an interesting album in its own right. Much to mull over.
