The unit was installed according to dire...
The unit was installed according to directions from Dell. Everything seemed to go alright except the computer connector for the power to the unit seemed to able to go into the unit's jack either way and neither was a a solid fit. The way I decided to go with was evidently wrong because the computer wires started melting, indicating a possible potential reversal. I removed the unit but it is probably bad at this point .
