Eval. after three evening uses...so far...
For me, I've only done four evening rinses so just minor improvement on sinus congestion. As suggested, think I need to continue use for 5-6 straight days to better evaluate effectiveness. Do use Allegra during the day but evening, before bedtime the Allegra wears-off. The saline was not as bad as I thought it would be going through the sinuses.
