Creatine
So far, it has definitely increased my ability to push through the set even while experiencing the burn from lactic acid. I did a load phase of 20g for 5 days & now I use 5g - 30 min before my workout with 4000mg of nitric oxide & 5g immediately after my workout in combination with 33g of pea protein. Perhaps it’s due to the combination of products but I do feel as though the creatine is definitely playing it’s part in the process. Be sure to increase your water intake especially if you decide to do a load phase because it will certainly dry you out. Overall I would recommend the product. There are other brands with higher prices & fancier packaging but I’m here for the results, not the presentation. Doesn't Work!

Im from Jamaica W.I. I did some research on this product before I decided to give it a try. The shipping time is excellent. I started off lightly with one scoop a day an hour before workout. I felt the energy whilst warming up on my 3rd day of taking the kids . I did 30mins more than usual. On my 7th day my bench press improved from 290 to 325. After week 3 I gained 10.6 lbs of muscle mass. I am on my cycle now but I can't wait to get back on the product. Best creatine ive ever used.
I have used 5 other brands of creatine, and this is the best for weight training, BY FAR! In 3mths I've more than doubled my bench, squat, and shoulder press. The only thing is, I use 2 scoops post workout, instead of one. I mix it in grape juice concentrate to get the insulin spike; it then takes effect in about 30 mins. Very easy to dilute and has no taste
