    This was an excellent purchase and addition to our sink, it looks great, built quality is excellent and the way it drains the water is very smart and effective, specially if you have a granite top, plenty of room for several types of dishes and silverware, excellent condition and value. My one negative comment would be that the glass hangers are not very effective, they allow glasses to lean too much and fall, so I use them to hang cups with ears, and for that reason I give them 4 stars.

    Easy to assemble, even with the limited instructions. Looks nice, hoping it will be strong. The water does not drain to to hole for the spout. There's no grade leading the liquid in that direction. When water is right in the area of the drain hole, the spout works well. Promptly shipped, and safely packaged, thank you.

    I am sure that once this dish drain rack is assembled, it is good quality, good,(brand new) condition, probably good appearance, OK,a good value for the price. I'm afraid I must return it for a REFUND. Nothing was mentioned about ASSEMBLY, and I cannot find anyone to assemble it. You should have specified in large letters that ASSEMBLY REQUIRED, and I would not have ordered.. Please send POSTAGE FREE RETURN LABEL and arrange for USPS home pick up.
