Ebay will not refund because the package was delivered and it was, just the wrong address. UPS COMFIRMED WORNG ADDRESS! I have not and Im sure will not receive the item I paid for. I find it quite sad that Ebay is not ONLY not a safe place to sell but its NOT a safe place to shop either. So same away sakura-fairy, you and people like you will be downfall of Ebay!
