    FYI - Natrol's "new" packaging is DECEPTIVE in 2 ways: they're using a larger double size bottle yet PACKING ONE HALF the number of tablets!!!!! The last bottle I bought had 60 tablets and was one half the size. This one: 30 tablets, yet cost the same. I really despite companies that participate in this sort of heinous deceptive marketing. I may buy from a different brand next time. BOO on you Natrol. Otherwise, fast shipping, fair price from this vendor, thanks.

    Not noticing a difference so far

    I bought these with no expectations. I tried two in the morning, and felt weird, but not in a good way. I then tried 2 at night at dinner. I had some really strange dreams. I tried one the last two days and felt ok, but don't notice a difference in my memory or focus. I will continue until the bottle is empty.

    Great supplement, that actually delivers on its claims

    I've been using Onnit Labs Alpha Brain for nearly 2 weeks. After my first dose, I noticed a real increase in focus and in energy to complete tasks. It is proving to be a real asset at staying focused and productive throughout the entirety of the work day. As they always say, your mileage may vary. But for me I'm sold on it. I've had such good results, I've given it as a gift, and received similar feedback.

    Not miracle but does give me more focus and attention while I'm working/reading

    I think it may have a bigger effect on non-healthy people, as I already have a exercise and healthy food routine I think it didn't make a great difference to me, but I do notice my long-term focus get really better.
