Communication with seller was 10/10. However, the packaging (box) was a bit sketchy. The box was too flimsy.... club could have been damaged. Overall, very happy with the club.     Be careful of “open box” item

    It say, it’s brand new open box, look like somebody try to install it and used a little too much force or forced it and it did not work. In the photo below, installed according to instruction. It was leaking but manage to make it work by pulling on the line to make a good deal.
