good design, mediocre execution.
This is a mixed review. I had to take this machine apart and make a couple adjustments before it knit consistently without splitting the yarn or not passing stitches completely. Once I got it working smoothly, the plastic gears got too worn out in one spot for me to be able to continue knitting. I'll have to rebuild the gear segment to make is a useable product again. As far a mechanical design it is excellent. I'm disappointed that it's completely plastic, and because of that, it does not stand up to any amount of abuse. If you buy this don't force it to stitch ever. if it gets tough to work you'll have to stop and fix the work or start over. That being said, it's the only knitter I've found with 6 stitches and that's what I was looking for. It would be better if it worked on more than some specific yarn weights and types.

Do not buy it it will not last a day
I wish I could put zero starts at fisrt I was so happy to find the only machine that do cord with heavier or regular yarn. It look surty but it was just a look in the middle of my i heart regular yarn it just quit the handle would turn but nothing would move, that was a very expensive gadget that didn't even live through 1 ball og yarn. Extremely disappointed
