I kind of took a leap based on the sellers description. My first impression is, it’s a beautiful tripod built very solid! It’s seems light weight yet robust and is very easy to adjust. I just threw the spotter on it at home, and I was super impressed. I can’t wait to get this in the field over the next few months!

The carbon is thicker and more durable than my old BOG. The first angle selection on these legs are far enough out to where it doesn’t get tipsy, but close enough where walking around it with a gun mounted you don’t catch on the legs. The ball head is very durable as well. Two quick turns and it will hold up my AR no problem. Some rubber on the knobs would be nice, but for the price, buy one!
