    Seller went above and beyond to help me get the perfect jade plant! I have received few packages that arrived so quickly, I don't think the tree lost a single leaf! Seller was very communicative and responded to my messages right away. The tree in person is way better than the pictures!! Description and everything was accurate, seller even was kind enough to send me more pictures of the plant. The plant was secured to the inside of packaging so that it didn't get damaged in transit. Great value!

    Listing showed several photos of plant with a vase, no mention in description of plant not coming with vase. Received the plant poorly packaged. No bubble wrap or anything, just an empty toilet paper tube inside a cardboard box. Jade plant arrived damaged with broken limbs. Reached out to seller and she was not friendly, in fact quite mean. Calling me a liar and stating I should've asked questions about the vase before buying plant. Auction showed vase and no description otherwise, smarten up!!

    I'm fair and calm, with others here, I'm also a buyer, this buyer bought a plant from me, but he also wanted the pot where the plant was, i never mention in the listing that the pot was included, i know how to pack plants for shipping, 100% of my plants will arrive in good condition to their destination, they are also shipped right away, the plant that this buyer received, was in great condition, but he omit the photo, he sent me, i put a paper towel cut by half to stabilize the plant, LOVE4ALL.
