Not for everyone but I love it!
I've tried a good number of health products and "green drinks" in my days. This one I can actually FEEL after I take it. It has my body singing. It is NOT cheap and it does NOT taste good, though. You definitely have to mix it in something more potent and it WILL alter the flavor some. May not be for the "healthy tasting" averse.
