Poster was torn out of book when arrived. I emailed seller promptly with a photo where the poster was torn out. Told them I realize they don't do refund's however this could have been an oversight in the listing asking to do a refund, no response. I just contacted Ebay buyer guarantee. A negative feedback could have been avoided with communication.
