The customer service was excellent as they tried to help troubleshoot the issue. This drone is fairly new to the market and its no fault to the seller that Autel has a few kinks. They immediately offered to send another drone after the troubleshooting didn't work. The Evo lite 640t enterprise is a great drone as far as I can tell. Ended up getting an Evo 2 dual 640t v3 from them and it works perfectly! Thmy are legit
