Ashwagandha
This obviously affects different people in different ways. I had a horrible experience with it. I took 1 pill at night and the next morning I woke up to break outs so I stopped taking it and 24 hours later i got my period 9 days early. I have changed nothing in my diet or supplements other then this. It obviously affects hormones and not in a good way for me.
