On one notice I was informed the Postal Carrier could not gain access to the shipping address to deliver. The next day I was advised the package had been delivered at 1037 hrs. Checking for the package revealed no delivery had beeainn made. At approximately 1700 hrs. the manager of the property advised the package had just arrived and had been placed in my mailbox. USPS does it again.
